"I picked up the VKTRY insoles mainly for…"
I picked up the vktry insoles mainly for comfort, and so far they’ve been solid. The first day they felt a bit weird, maybe for the first hour or two, but after wearing them a couple times they started to feel more natural. I’ve played in them around 4 or 5 times now, and my feet definitely don’t feel as beat up afterward. That was pretty much the main thing I was hoping for, so I’m happy with them.

"The recommendation was actually spot on"
I was a little unsure about ordering from vktry.com at first because I had no idea which insole I should be getting. Confusing.
I ended up using their recommendation tool, and it matched me with a pair based on my sport and weight. When they showed up, they actually felt right quickly, not super stiff or awkward like I was expecting. Nice.

I’ve been using them for a few weeks now and I’m happy with them. The size and type they suggested were correct, so I’d definitely give it 5 stars. Solid.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box showed up bent, which wasn’t great and made the presentation feel a bit cheap. Luckily, the actual product was fine, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end

"Helpful, but a little slow"
I had to reach out to support with a couple questions about sizing and shipping. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting and I ended up having to send a follow-up email. Once they replied, they were polite and the info was helpful enough. So yeah, not bad customer service, just not the quickest or smoothest experience. Kind of a mixed bag for me.

"Decent at first, but the wear showed up too soon"
It felt decent when I first got it, but the edges started wearing down way faster than I expected. What’s annoying is that it seems like the kind of issue that should be covered, but then you run into all these little policy loopholes about what counts as “normal wear.” So basically, it’s fine, but I’m not thrilled with how quickly it started looking used.

It looks decent in person — clean design, colors are fine, nothing ugly or anything. I just expected it to feel a little more premium based on the photos. For the price, it comes across kind of plain, and some of the hype around it feels unnecessary. It’s not bad, but it didn’t really impress me either. 3 stars seems about right.

"Pretty Good Fit After a Little Break-In"
I ordered my usual size and they fit well overall. They did feel just a tiny bit snug at first, but after one practice I got used to them and they felt a lot better. No real issues, honestly. I’d say the fit is about 4 stars, unless I’m just being picky?

I was thinking about trying VKTRY, but the size I needed was out of stock. The site seemed easy enough to use, so that part was fine, but it was a little frustrating having to wait. I might check back later if they end up restocking soon.

"Took a little time, but they got better"
At first, these felt weird and stiff on my feet, and I felt a little dismissed when I mentioned it because it was brushed off like I just needed to deal with it. After about a week, though, they did break in nicely and my feet feel a lot better now. Shipping was fine too, no issues there

"My knees feel a lot better than before"
I picked up the VKTRY insoles because my knees had been bothering me for a while, especially when I was walking a lot or training. At first they felt a little different, so it took me a few days to adjust, but after that I really started noticing a difference. To me, it feels like they take some of the stress off my knees, because I’m able to move around and work out with way less discomfort now. I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but I’m happy with how much they’ve helped.

I tried to exchange my insoles and it turned into way more of a hassle than I thought it would. I kept getting sent back and forth, the return rules weren’t very clear, and it took forever to get a straight answer. I just wanted a simple exchange, it ended up being frustrating

To be fair, the site was easy to use overall. It just took me a minute to find the sizing info I needed, and checkout worked fine but wasn’t the smoothest on my phone. Not a bad experience at all, I just think it could be a bit simpler

"Nice at first, but the wear is disappointing"
I picked up the VKTRY insoles they felt good for the first few weeks. The support was solid, and they fit into my shoes without any hassle. But after a couple months, the edges started wearing down way more than I expected, especially for the price. They’re still usable, but having them break down that quickly feels kind of unnecessary. Overall, they’re not bad, I just wish they held up better.

I tried the VKTRY insoles mainly for the energy return, and they do have a little bit of that "springy" feel, especially when I’m running or jumping. That said, I was expecting a bit more for the price. They’re not bad at all, but they didn’t feel like a huge upgrade for me. It also took a few wears to really get used to them. Maybe they work better for other people, but for me they were just kind of "average."

"Actually ended up keeping them in my cleats"
I got VKTRY insoles for soccer after a teammate mentioned them. I don’t remember all the specifics from the first couple practices, but I do remember my cuts and sprints feeling a little quicker, and my feet weren’t as sore afterward. They’re not some magic fix or anything, but I noticed the difference enough during games. Took me a few sessions to get used to them, and now I just leave them in my cleats. 5 stars from me...
